The apartment is in the Ørestad area. 1 min walking to the Metro/Train station Bella center. Very close to Amager fælled park and Fields. It’s on the 3rd floor with elevator. I am renting a bigger room with private balcony and a smaller one in a 4 room apartment. Living room is shared and we have common balcony and common garden. I’m renting it out on semi-long term. Standaed 12 month contract with possibility for extension.
